Job DescriptionWe are searching for a new team member – Benefit Expert for EMEThe benefits team is a part of theGlobal Total Rewardsfunction within HR and is key in supporting the attraction, motivation and retention of company talents. This position supports strategic development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s benefit programs including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits and wellbeing programs. Your main role will consist of
Ensuring employees are engaged through regular communications and keeping employees informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.
Reviewing programs are legally compliant and competitive with regards to trends, practices and costs.
Negotiating coverage, services and costs with carriers and vendors. Sourcing for and managing vendor relationships.
This role reports to the EMEA regional benefits manager and is located in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
What You Will Do
Participate in the strategic development and implementation of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy.
Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal resources to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies.
Lead implementation and/or project manage implementation of new programs and plan design changes.
Analyze program utilization, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness of existing programs.
Support the development of all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications
Good written communication skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread).
Understanding of communication strategy messaging, style, branding, tactics.
Able to organize and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, maintaining documents to keep current.
Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
Support benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and second tier benefits query escalation.
Assist in creation of business cases for benefits implementation in Europe, Middle East and Africa (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations, etc.) in line with the company objectives
Provide strong customer service to relevant partners (e.g. employees, internal partners, external vendors, etc.)

Good analytical skills to leverage data, statistics and market trends.

Strong Excel skills.
Independent worker with strong execution capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage expectations. Anticipate and resolve challenges.
Diagnostic problem-solving, planning consulting and influencing skills
ideally Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English Other language skills are a plus.
Leading Innovation and Change in a highly regulated area of expertise
Ideally years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience, preferably in a multinational/global organization or consulting firm, including at least 3 years of HR experience in the UK.
Very strong in managing and protecting confidential and/or sensitive data
