Our Team is looking for and individual who has experience with cannabis plants with regard to all cycles.
Required Skillsets include:
Strong communication organization, problem solving skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail; team building and conflict resolution; foresight and anticipation of problems; proactive behavior; ability to follow directions and ask questions as needed; willingness to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
Must haves:
MED Badge
Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation with valid insurance car
Must posses knowledge on how to:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Clone, Transplant, Defoliate, Water Properly, Spot Out Nutrient Deficiencies, Follow A Feed Chart, Harvest, and basic plant maintenance.
Abide by Colorado MED Regulations
Navigate Metrc from creating plantings to creating packages
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
