We are currently looking to recruit a Head of Total Rewardto join our award-winning business atAyr (Hybrid). Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.

Working within a growing global HR team, you will develop and oversee the Total Rewards function, guiding the development of benefits, compensation, and recognition programs/services based on business needs. Ultimately you will build fair and attractive programs to help Neogen improve employee satisfaction, increase retention and create an enagaging, productive workplace to drive the business forward.

This role would suit an experienced Reward professional who desires to build a best in class function of their own within an exciting and dynamic global business.

Job Responsibilities include:

Working with CHRO on global benefits programs/contracts

Managing all vendor relationships within Total Rewards space

Incorporating compensation and benefits opportunities, career frameworks, and work/life benefits

Consulting with business leaders on program design details

Staying abreast of all advances and compliance changes in the broader marketplace related to Total Rewards

Leading and providing guidance to the benefit and compensation team.

Designing total rewards program elements that align with the company’s needs.

Acting as Compensation Partner on applicable business processes.

Serving as ESPP and LTIP administrator.

Working closely with the CHRO, actively planning and implementing annual open enrollment, plan design and pricing initiatives, partnering with TPA vendors, Systems, and Field HR.

Ensuring salaries and benefits comply with all current legislation.

Identifying trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.

Skills & Experience required:

Prior experience in a senior reward role, ideally in a global business

Experience in leading people

Demonstrable record in programme delivery

Excellent teamwork ethic and ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing scenarios

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
